Odd Otter

My book just went up for sale for the private link access on LULU! I am very excited; I have been working on this book for months now and I am very impressed with the book quality that Lulu prints at.

Here is the link to the book! (this book has not officially gone "public" yet, but anyone who follows my blog can check it out.)

Masks

Just for a little bit of practice, I decided to sit down and draw some masks. It was a nice break from the usual drawings. It took me about 45 minutes; I would like to get into some more detail. Here are the first two progress shots.

My new post card

I just submitted my post card for thesis. I am excited about finally showing my work I did all year. This is the only piece I am showing online. The rest I am going to publish in book format in the next few months.

Creature Design

I made this based on a cross species of Fennec Fox, Porcupine, and Deer Antlers.
This is my Creature Design that I reworked since last year. I enjoyed adding spines to his back and working into his antlers and face much more.

Self Portrait

I'm in the middle of drawing a self portrait. Here is it in progress. I personally love seeing work unfinished.

Amphisbaena Creature Design

Amphisbaena, a spawn of the severed head of Medusa, is a creature with two snake heads and chicken legs. I couldn't find a lot of information or images of this creature, so I thought I would make a digital painting as an homage to this awesome guy.
